Beijing: China will give consular security and help to two Chinese representatives of cell phone producer Vivo captured in India and encouraged specialists not to victimize Chinese organizations, an unfamiliar service representative said on Monday.
"We are intently following what you referenced. The Chinese government solidly upholds Chinese organizations to shield their legal freedoms and interests," Mao Ning told a normal public interview.
